This policy explains what personal information Ghana Towers (www.ghanatowers.com), operated by Asset Global Group ("we", "us"), collects, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Information we collect
- Enquiries and messages: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and message when you contact us or enquire about a building.
- Hotel booking requests: your name, contact details, dates, number of rooms and guests, and any notes.
- Building submissions: the building details and your contact details when you ask us to list a building.
- Forum accounts: your username, email address and password (stored securely in scrambled form), plus the updates, comments and photos you post in Projects.
- Technical data: your IP address, used for security and to limit spam, and basic cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and pass your request to the building's management or hotel.
- To review building submissions and booking requests.
- To run the Projects forum and keep it safe from abuse.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
When you send an enquiry or booking request, we share it with the relevant building management or hotel so they can reply. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting and email), or when the law requires it. Posts and photos you add to the Projects forum are visible to other visitors.
Maps and third-party services
Our pages may show maps from Google Maps or OpenStreetMap. These services may collect technical information, such as your IP address, according to their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your forum account and the information linked to it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@ghanatowers.com and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
